St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The new administration is likely to reverse the controversial land for debt policy introduced by former prime minister Denzel Douglas, according to Operation Rescue's Dwyer Astaphan. He says one solution could be using funds from the Sugar Industry Diversification Foundation - SIDF - to pay the National Bank the significant sums of moneys owed to the bank by the government.   St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The Team Unity administration disclosed Monday that it had enlisted the help of Venezuela meet the shortfall in the compensation package that had been given by the former administration to the country's former sugar workers. A cheque for EC$16 million was handed over to Prime Minister Timothy Harris at Government Headquarters by Venzuelan Ambassador Romulo Camila Henrique Gonzalez Monday morning.
