St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Financial analyst Schneidman Warner says government should inform the public on its plans regarding the land for debt swap, especially in light of questions being raised by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in its latest Article 4 review. St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Water and electricity has been restored to most of Dominica, as the island is recovering from the devastation inflicted by Tropical Storm Erika. In an update from the Dominican government, the Douglas-Charles Airport remains closed as crews clean up and assess the damage. According to Lugay the National Advisory Committee initiated by Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit, and which includes all of the island’s parliamentarians, is working well so far.
