St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN):  The government has not ruled out reducing the 17 per cent VAT (Value Added Tax) that many people are complaining about, according to Prime Minister Denzil Douglas. He told reporters at a news conference Wednesday that the matter has been under consideration.
