St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN):  The necessary legislation is now in place to waive the housing levy for persons earning minimum wage. Chesil Hamilton, is Manager of the Public Relations Department of the Social Security Board, which collects the 5 percent levy on behalf of the government. He explained Wednesday that the Board had received all necessary documentation and the Labour Department was already informing persons eligible for the waiver.
