St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN); The Sandy Point home and private vehicle of Deputy Prime Minister Shawn Richards were shot at early Friday morning (Mar 10), police have confirmed.
Police say they responded to the report of gunfire at around 3:15am and observed damages to the home and his vehicle consistent with gunshots. The value of the damage is unknown at this time. The Hon. Shawn Richards and other family members who were at home at the time of the incident were not injured.
Superintendent Lionel Moore, District “B” Commander said, “This is a rather troubling incident. We urge anyone who may have information with regards to this incident to come forward.
