St Kitts and Nevis (WINN): The Bail Amendment Bill, the Accreditation Bill and the Eastern Caribbean Partial Credit Guarantee (Corporation) Agreement Bill 2017 will have their second reading when the National Assembly is convened Wednesday June 28 at 10 am in Basseterre.

The Bail Amendment Bill seeks to remove the possibility of bail as an option in cases where capital offences with a firearm have been committed.

The Accreditation Bill provides for the establishment of a national Accreditation Board to vest in that board the power to accredit post-secondary institutions and tertiary programs in the federation.

The Eastern Caribbean Partial Credit Guarantee (Corporation) Agreement Bill 2017 intends to provide credit enhancement for borrowers that do not typically meet bank credit standards.
