St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN); Minister of Human Settlements, Agriculture, Health and Environment Eugene Hamilton says the government is making every effort to implement initiatives that will help mitigate the effects of climate change impacts on the federation.
He was at the time speaking at a recent consultation workshop relating the development of a National Climate Change Adaptation Strategy.

Minister Hamilton said with the impacts of climate change affecting almost every aspect of life, residents of St. Kitts and Nevis should get climate change smart.

The consultation was designed to identify key needs, opportunities and constraints for adaptation with a view to developing a National Climate Change Adaptation Strategy to address the impacts of climate change and build resilience.
