St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Two persons were taken into custody on Saturday in connection with the shooting death of 17 year old Rakeim Hanley of Upper Shaw’s Avenue, Irish Town.  Police vehicles were seen converging in Irish Town in the vicinity of where Hanley was shot. Hanley died at the hospital at about 12:30 am Wednesday.  He had been shot multiple times less than four hours earlier (8:45 p.m.) while on Fort Thomas Rd, east of Durant Avenue. Sandy Point resident arrested for gun, ammunition possession

St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Police are reporting it has retrieved another illegal firearm from the streets. According to a release from the police force, Akile Keithroy Glasgow a resident of Sandy Point was detained after he was caught in Basseterre during a stop and search operation with compressed cannabis and an illegal firearm and matching ammunition in a suspicious package. He was also charged with the illegal possession of a firearm and illegal possession of ammunition.
