PAM leader expresses condolences

St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Leader of the People’s Action Movement Shawn Richards is expressing condolences to the family of the men who lost their lives at separate incidents at the air and seaport in recent days. 

Wednesday Rudolph Dowell of Ponds Extension and Maxwell Browne of New Road lost their lives while undocking a Royal Caribbean cruise vessel at Port Zante in Basseterre. Sunday the body of Askeo Farrell was discovered within the walls of the elevator at the Robert L Bradshaw International Airport.  Both incidents are under investigation.
