Fire chief addresses landfill fires

St. Kitts and Nevis (WINN): Fire Chief Everette O’Garro is commenting on landfill fires and some things that can be done to help prevent them. A guest on the most recent edition of Talking Trash, Mr. O’Garro cautioned residents against setting fires to open plot of land without the permission or supervision of the fire department. Even companies that want to burn documents and garbage are urged to seek the permission and assistance of the fire and rescue services.
