The release says that Dr. Douglas left the Federation last week Friday, accompanied by Minister of Public Works Dr. Asim Martin, and returned home early Thursday morning.
It indicated that also on the return flight were the Prime Minister of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Dr. Ralph Gonsalves and the Prime Minister of Dominica, Roosevelt Skerritt, who left St. Kitts and Nevis Thursday afternoon to attend the CARICOM Heads of Government Conference in Guyana.
