Visiting English Team To Feature At Et Willet Park Thursday

St. Kitts and Nevis (Curtis Morton): A visiting seniors' English sporting team will be in Nevis on Thursday 21st March. According to National Coach Stuart Williams, the team will first engage a seniors’ Football team at 3 pm at the ET Willet Park in a football game and then will engage a seniors’ cricket team at the same venue at 6pm. According to Williams, Oneil ‘Daddy Shakes’ Walters is expected to be in both the Football and Cricket teams for Nevis.

The general public is invited to witness the two encounters. Meanwhile, Nevis’ Cricket chief, Keith Scarborough has informed that there will be no second division fixtures on Thursday due to visit by the English team and also due to the hosting of the annual Agriculture fair scheduled for the same day. Second division matches will continue on Tuesday 26th March when Police takes on South Warriors at Cotton Ground and SDA Jets takes on Pennyless All stars at the ETW.

First division fixtures continue this weekend as follows:

Sat 24th March—Pioneers v Highlights at ETW

Sun 25th March—Brown Hill V Empire at ETW
